Unfortunately, when faced with reproductive dysregulation, we are most often advised to get on birth control or that it is just a part of life. Hormonal birth control can help regulate your cycle, but it does not address the root issue and if you are trying to conceive it’s counterintuitive. This is where Beyond Earthside’s reproductive wellness services can help you.
Norma struggled with her own reproductive dysregulation from an early age, plagued with heavy and painful cycles, told that her only options were hormonal birth control or to accept that this was their fate. Something told her that things could be different, so she began her own research and attended training programs to improve their quality of life. She traded birth control for FAM in 2019 and hasn’t looked back. In the years since, she has greatly improved the quality of her menses and has learned how to interpret what the cycle is saying about how well the body is functioning and holistically address a variety of reproductive ailments.
Reproductive Services
Custom Yoni Blend $75
Yoni Steaming is the centuries old practice of sitting or squatting over a steaming pot of herb-infused water. It is believed to help support womb health through stimulating blood flood, tonifying tissues, and assisting in keeping the womb clean. Yoni steaming is also considered to be a healing and grounding practice. It can be utilized to aid conception, to encourage menstruation, and once postpartum bleeding has ceased. This service comes with your own customized, 24 oz blend of organic herbs designed to address your needs. You can also add-on a steam seat ($35) and a continuous heating pot ($25) for extended sessions.
Yoni Steam Facilitation $150
This service builds on the custom blend providing the creation of a sacred space within your home or at my Berea office.
Before beginning, we will set intentions for the steam. During the steam, you will be provided with a short workbook curated to aid in exploring and balancing your sacral chakra. The sacral chakra is located within the pelvis and associated with creativity, sensuality, confidence, and overall joy. It is a common place where traumas are stored and easily disrupted/blocked by fears. After the steam is completed, we will do a brief grounding exercise.

Fertility Doula Service $60/hr
If you are wanting to start or are actively trying to conceive, this service can provide you with a variety of information to address your needs and support you in your journey. This is a highly flexible service which is customized to address your specific concerns or goals. Norma can help you with nutritional education, intimacy planning, determining fertile windows, establishing what is normal, and so much more.
Fertility Awareness Method Coaching $250
This 6 month coaching program teaches you how to interpret the signs and signals your body gives you to determine your fertility so you can prevent or encourage conception. You will see how to accurately predict the first day of your bleed, confirm ovulation, receive guidance on how to read your chart, and learn best practices to keep your menstrual data safe. You will also uncover and address any issues your cycle may be telling you about your reproductive health.
Cycle Evaluation $75
If you already practice FAM and would like a second opinion on your charts, this service provides that. Norma has tracked over 60 of her own cycles and will provide analysis for up to 4 of your charts. She will help you to determine any patterns and provide you with guidance to address any issues or concerns you have about your reproductive health.
Nutritional Evaluation + Education $150
This service provides an in-depth look at what you’re eating and how the nutrients compare to the evidence-based, researched backed amounts you should be consuming. Please note that these totals are rarely aligned with Recommended Daily Allowances, which often leave many people in deficiencies. You will receive a week long meal plan and resources including information for quality prenatal vitamins, why the nutrients matter, and what they’re used for.
Recommended for those looking to conceive, already pregnant, or breastfeeding.
There is also a specialized version of this service for those who have a high-risk for or history/current diagnosis of Gestational Diabetes or Preeclampsia which will also dive into specific nutrient intake and supplementation that can help prevent or improve the conditions.
Menstruation Celebration $200
Most of us remember the first time we were visited by our monthly friend, but very few of us look back at that time fondly. The menstrual cycle is a deeply shamful event in many people’s lives. Rather than viewing it as a rite of passage, a moment to be celebrated, we are told it is a nasty secret we must hide despite nearly half of the population going through it at some point. This service aims to break that stigma and provide support to parents unsure how to address these changes with their children.
With 3 sessions over 2 months, Norma works with your child/ren to welcome this change, discuss what the menstrual cycle is using age-appropriate language, correct anatomical terms, and the hormonal and bodily changes they can expect in an empowering way. Parents are encouraged to attend these sessions. With parental permission, we can also tackle sex education. The first session is to address their feelings, fears, and questions about this change. It will provide a platform for connection between the parent and child as they bond over a mutual experience. The following sessions would be more education focused, utilizing an accompanying evidence based coloring book that will be given to them at the second session.
This service can be utilized by up to 2 people at a time, so if you have multiple children nearing puberty or your child would feel better with a close friend attending, that is allowed. For additional persons, there is a $50 charge.
