Regardless of which package you choose, Norma will provide you with the utmost respect and care throughout your pregnancy and birth journey. Each of her clients receive evidence based information to allow them to make the most informed decisions about the care for themselves and their family.
With Norma as your doula, you will discover how to better navigate doctors appointments and learn a wide breadth of information to help you not only survive, but thrive during your pregnancy. They also provide you with unlimited phone support from the moment they are hired providing you with a listening and understanding ear and a safe place to turn with any questions you may have.

Norma knows that many of the people who will benefit the most from having birth doula support are often the ones who face barriers to getting it. To help combat this, Beyond Earthside offers payment plans and has income-based sliding scale rates. Sweet Beginnings $1400
Standard Package

❥ Personalized birth intention (aka birth plan)
❥ 24/7 On-Call period from 38 weeks until you give birth
❥ Care on baby day from whenever you’re ready for Norma to join until 1-2 hours postpartum, including first feeding support
❥ 1 postpartum visit where we discuss your birth story, how you’re doing, and resources that may be helpful.

Extra Pregnancy Support

❥ In addition to the standard birth doula support, Norma will also provide you with in-depth information on how to best support your pregnancy and body into your postpartum period through your diet. We promise there is no restrictive eating, but instead personalized recommendations on how to increase any nutrients that may be lacking. This service is especially recommended for anyone that has nutritional concerns or with a history of diabetes or hypertension both prior to or caused by pregnancy.

Honor Your Body & Its Strength

❥ 1 Closing of the Hips Ceremony
❥ Along with birth doula support and nutritional guidance, Norma will also perform a centuries old ritual known was Closing of the Bones. Physically this ceremony helps to guide your bones and shift your organs back into place. On all other planes, it functions to nurture you after the birthing experience. It provides stillness so you can integrate your birth, call back in your energy, and reconnect with yourself and body. The ceremony is customized to your liking with an herbal foot-bath and massage oil blend. In total it lasts around an hour and should leave you feeling refreshed.
